How to order my CDs

Please print this page, with the order form, and send to me with a sterling cheque drawn on an English bank. I'm afraid that if you are from another country you will need to send a Banker's Draft in pounds sterling (GBP) issued by your local bank but payable in England. All this because small users do not seem to be able to register with a useful credit card ordering system without the costs far exceeding any possible benefit.
Alternatively you may send cash, but at your own risk! (Actually, this was the bank's suggestion!)
